You can reach Patient Representatives directly by calling (650) 498-4847. The line is answered by the Patient Relations staff between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. After hours and on weekends, a voice mail system answers the call in English and in Spanish allowing the caller to leave a message. All messages will be returned the next business day.
