Press, Ganey Collection of Patient Satisfaction Scores

Lucile Packard Children's Hospital's patient satisfaction data is collected by Press, Ganey and Associates, an independent organization. This information is part of the hospital’s quality data.
 
Press, Ganey sends surveys out to a representative sample of patients. Patients (and/or their parents) voluntarily answer and return the surveys to Press, Ganey.
 
Press, Ganey then puts the information together and sends it to Packard Children’s Hospital. The information we receive is anonymous.
