Fetal Conditions and Treatments
- Require careful monitoring, follow-up, and possibly even specialized treatment before birth
- Require neonatal intensive care immediately after birth due to complex problems, surgery or other medical needs
- Require an early delivery because of an urgent or worsening problem
- Do not require intensive care immediately after delivery, but will need specialty care and follow-up as an outpatient
