The Newborns and Parents Committee (NAP) promotes family-centered care by providing education, advocacy and support to hospitalized mothers, parents of hospitalized newborns and to LPCH staff. The NAP Committee is comprised of “graduate” parents who have experienced a hospitalized newborn working in partnership with LPCH staff to foster family-centered care in the Johnson Center. Please visit the NAP Committee Web page to learn more about them and to read their NAP Times newsletter of upcoming events and educational topics.
