Our pediatric Pulmonary team collaborates with the Division of Allergy/Asthma/Immunology in diagnosing and treating asthma in children and infants. Many patients are referred for tertiary care of particularly severe, difficult-to-manage asthma in collaboration with their primary care providers. Our diagnostic testing include:
allergy testing for children and infants
pulmonary function testing
exercise testing
bronchial provocation testing
W e have an exercise lab especially outfitted for children where we can run tests to determine the severity of the asthma.
