Our pediatric Pulmonary team collaborates with the Division of Immunology and Allergy in diagnosing and treating asthma in children and infants. Many patients are referred for tertiary care of particularly severe, difficult-to-manage asthma in collaboration with their primary care providers. Our diagnostic testing include:
allergy testing for children and infants
pulmonary function testing
exercise testing
bronchial provocation testing
W e have an exercise lab especially outfitted for children where we can run tests to determine the severity of the asthma.
