Our Pediatric Liver Transplant Program provides long-term follow-up and outreach services to families and referring health care providers in the western United States.

Pediatric Liver Transplant Outreach Locations

We regularly travel to clinics in:

• Fresno/Madera, CA
• Oakland, CA
• Sacramento, CA
• San Francisco, CA
• Portland, OR
• Tacoma, WA
• Albuquerque, NM
• Honolulu, HI
• Reno, NV

We visit these clinics 2-5 times per year.
 

Pediatric Liver Transplant Outreach Services

We work with your child’s local health care team to provide the best care as we:

• Perform pre-transplant evaluations
• Monitor patients post-transplant. This allows for an easy transition for your child back to your local community and provides optimal continuity of care.
