After Your ReferralWe are committed to providing family-centered care to all children who require a transplant and their families. We work closely with the family from the moment of the referral to make sure all questions are addressed.
After you refer a patient to our program, the child will be assigned a dedicated transplant coordinator. The coordinator will:
- Call the family and provide transplant-specific education
- Serve as a liaison to the patient and family with the transplant team
