Important Change to Hospital Visitation Policy |
| Effective October 19, 2009, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital will no longer allow non-patient visitors or family members under the age of 16 years to visit in the hospital. This policy will be in effect during the height of the flu season, usually lasting until spring, and will be re-evaluated at that time. Teen and Young Adult Clinic
The Teen and Young Adult Clinic provides comprehensive, confidential health services, including reproductive health counseling and sexually transmitted infection testing.
Comprehensive Eating Disorders Program
The Comprehensive Eating Disorders Program provides medical, nutritional and psychiatric treatment for adolescents with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and eating disorders not otherwise specified (EDNOS).
Pediatric Weight Clinic
Packard Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Weight Clinic helps overweight and obese children and teens improve their health and quality of life.
Adolescent Health Van
The Adolescent Health Van provides health services for uninsured and/or homeless youth by visiting various San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara county locations.
