Bone Marrow Transplant Clinic Overview
The bone marrow transplant clinic at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital offers matched allogenetic related donor, matched unrelated donor, autologous, umbilical cord blood and peripheral blood stem cell transplants.
Diseases treated include:
- Malignancies such as acute or chronic leukemia, Hodgkin's disease or non-Hodgkin lymphoma
- Selected solid tumors such as neuroblastoma and rhabdomyosarcoma
- Hematological disorders such as:
- Immunodeficiency disorders including severe combined immunodeficiency and Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome
- Selected inborn errors of metabolism (storage diseases)
