Packard Pediatric Weight Control Program Fees

An interested family can sign up for a free evaluation to determine if the Packard Pediatric Weight Control Program (PPWCP) is a good fit for them. The cost of the 25 session program is $3500 or $140 per session.

If you cannot afford to pay for the program and your insurance company will not pay or reimburse you, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance. Financial assistance is provided if a family is eligible and funds are available. The amount given to a family is determined by the family’s financial need.

We periodically offer the PPWCP for children and adolescents free of charge when we receive grants or gifts. However, all participating families for grant-funded programs are asked to pay a deposit at the beginning of the program. This deposit shows the family’s commitment to completing the program and encourages their attendance. The deposit is returned at the end of the program based on the number of sessions the family attended.

If you would like to be notified of future grant-funded programs for which you may be eligible, please contact Cindy Zedeck to sign up for the program. We will put your information on those specific waiting lists.
