Information for Referring Health Care Providers

Referring health care providers can refer a patient to the Children’s Hearing Center by calling:

24 hours a day, 7 days a week

We will ask you to send your patient’s:

Relevant test results, such as hearing tests, ABRs and blood work
A CD with the images from any CT or MRI scans of the temporal bone that might have been ordered

You can also register for the MD Portal to access patient and clinical information and follow your patient’s progress online.
