From US Highway 101 North or South. Take the Embarcadero Road exit West. Cross El Camino Real (becomes Galvez Street). Turn right onto Arboretum Road, cross Palm Drive. Turn left onto Quarry Road. Turn right onto Welch Road. Turn right into the 1000 Welch clinic driveway.
From Highway 280 North or South
Take the Sand Hill Road exit East. Turn right onto Vineyard Lane. Turn right onto Quarry Road. Turn right onto Welch Road. Turn right into the 1000 Welch clinic driveway.
