Take the Embarcadero Road exit West. Cross El Camino Real (becomes Galvez Street). Turn right onto Arboretum Road, cross Palm Drive. Turn left onto Quarry Road. Turn left into the 401 Quarry Road clinic driveway.
From Highway 280 North or South
Take the Sand Hill Road exit East. Turn right onto Vineyard Lane. Cross Quarry Road and continue straight into the 401 Quarry Road driveway.
