Take the Bascom Avenue / Los Gatos Blvd. exit.
Turn right on to South Bascom.
The Specialty Center South Bay is immediately on the right. The sign on the building says "Lucile Packard Children's Hospital".
The entrance to the underground parking structure is after Subway Restaurant. The clinic is on the second floor, above Subway and Starbucks Coffee.

From Highway 85, traveling north

Take the Los Gatos Blvd. / S. Bascom exit.
Turn left on to South Bascom.
