In addition to our medical and surgical specialties, Lucile Packard Children's Hospital provides a wide range of patient and family support services. We believe that when a child is sick, the whole family needs support. It's what we call "Family Centered Care."
 
The following is a list of services available at LPCH and in the community:

  Local and regional resources for families.
  
  
• Financial and Insurance Information
  Helpful descriptions and resources, including LPCH's new hospital and physician billing statements.   We listened to patient feedback and designed a new and easy-to-read statement which also contains helpful billing information.  Learn more about our new statement.

  Works with external parties to improve the lives of children through advocacy, public policies, programs and regulations.

  Housing assistance and local area restaurants.
  
  
• Medical Records
  Instructions for requesting a copy of your medical record.

  Services, programs and newsletters for patients.
  
  
• Secure E-mail
  Some Lucile Packard Children's Hospital health care providers and clinics may communicate with you via e-mail.  
  
  
• Send a Greeting Card
  Create a greeting card and it will be delivered to a patient's room.
   
• Tours
  Take virtual tours of our inpatient and outpatient units, the Johnson Center for Pregnancy and Newborn Services and the Inpatient Eating Disorders Unit.
