Lucile Packard Children's Hospital - Managed Care Contracts

Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH) contracts with most major Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) and major Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) for hospital services. LPCH also participates in government programs such as Medi-Cal and Medicare.

You can also view the LPCH/Stanford Doctors and Clinics list of HMO and PPO plans. For further assistance, call the Packard Children's Hospital Referral Center at (888) ASK-LPCH (275-5724).

These lists are subject to change and may be different for the hospital and the doctors. You are advised to always check under your individual health plan, insurance or network to confirm if Lucile Packard Children's Hospital and your doctor are eligible to use under your individual health plan.  Please click the health plan names below to visit their Web sites.
 
Only Cigna HMO members may choose LPCH/Stanford Hospital and Clinics physicians as their Primary Care Physician (PCP). All other HMO members (see contracted HMO list below) may see LPCH/Stanford Hospital and Clinics physicians by referral from their PCP/Medical Group.
