LPCH/Stanford Doctors and Clinics Managed Care Contracts

Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH) and Stanford Doctors and Clinics contract with most major Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) and most major Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) for physician and clinic services. LPCH/Stanford Doctors and Clincs also participate in government programs such as Medicare and Medi-Cal.

These lists are subject to change and may be different for the hospital and the doctors. Stanford Hospital & Clinics physicians only participate at a level of specialty referral for HMO health plan products with the exception of Cigna HMO.
