Parent Hours

 
Parents of hospitalized children meeting during Parent HoursThe Parent Hours program is a Family-Centered Care service. Parent Hours are weekly gatherings of parents who meet in a supportive environment to learn about topics related to their child’s hospitalization. Parent Hours also provide parents with an opportunity to meet other parents of hospitalized children.
 
Parent Hours are led by a social worker and parent mentor. Hospital staff, including nurses, child life specialists and psychologists, provide special discussion topics.

  • Oncology (Bass Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Diseases)
