Versant RN Residency Program

Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH) has partnered with Versant, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the nursing profession, to create the region’s first RN residency program.  Designed by expert nurse educators and researchers, this program provides new graduates with a comprehensive 20-week curriculum of both hands-on and in-class training, all with one aim in mind:  to give you the resources, guidance and support you need to begin and advance your nursing career with complete confidence.  The program is offered two times per year.
