Physician Referral Liaison Service

The Physician Referral Liaison Service provides a communication link to coordinate with referring physicians and medical groups.

The Liaison Service can:

• Expedite the referral process
• Resolve referral issues
• Facilitate access to providers and services
• Share information about Stanford University Medical Center
• Provide clinical information pertaining to patient visits
• Assist with and provide information about the MD Portal
