The Physician Referral and Consultation Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (800) 995-LPCH (5724). The line assists physicians with:

Processing new patient referrals.
Facilitating MD to MD consultations.
Checking status of referral and clinic appointments.
Sending critical event notifications (i.e. admissions, discharges, outpatient scheduling, etc.).
Providing assistance needed to access physicians and clinic services.
