Packard Kids Connection also has some important information for parents so they can help prepare their child for a test or treatment and optimize his or her hospital stay. If you have any questions about your child's health or upcoming hospital visit, please call our Parent Information and Referral Center (PIRC). You can call PIRC at (650) 498-KIDS (5437) or (800) 690-2282 on weekdays from 12 pm-8 pm and weekends from 8 am-8 pm. Lucile Packard Children's Hospital is located in Palo Alto, adjacent to Stanford University Hospital, approximately 20 miles north of San Jose, CA and 40 miles south of San Francisco.
