New Family Program

The Becoming Parents Program is here to assist you throughout your pregnancy and the first 10 months of your child's life. We offer two groups, each facilitated by experienced childbirth educators who have assisted many couples with the transition to parenthood.
 
Location for all groups: Room 121, 4100 Bohannon Drive, Menlo Park  
 
Mother-Baby Mornings: A  FREE group for new moms and infants 0-6 months of age. This group is held every Tuesday morning from 10:30 am -12:00 pm. You may begin at any time however we encourage you to come soon after the birth of your child. Listening to others going through the same challenges and thrills of life with a newborn can provide ideas and strategies for dealing with common issues of sleeplessness, breastfeeding, time management, couple relationships and much, much more.
 
Movers & Shakers Group: We are pleased to offer a group setting for parents with older babies, 5-10 months of age. Our group is held on Mondays from 11:00am-12:30pm. Either parent is welcome to attend with their baby/babies. The fee for the 6 month group is $65/family.
