Join us for a morning of Yoga designed to enhance the strength, flexibility and tranquility of both prenatal and postpartum mamas. Practice Yoga stretches and poses while pregnant and return after your delivery for a gentle shape up and relaxation time. All expectant and new mothers are invited. Beginners are welcome! A signed consent (PDF) from your obstetrician is required to participate in our Yoga classes. For new mothers, the consent can be signed at your 6 week postpartum check. Fee: $60/month of 4 classes or $70/month of 5 classes Please note that there are no make-up classes. We value our continuing class participants and give priority registration for those who have been enrolled in the class previously. A $5 discount is give to those who renew their registration by the 15th of the month for the following month's class. Location: Willow Room, Oak Creek Apartments, 1600 Sand Hill Road, Palo Alto Saturdays, 9:30-10:30 am May 3-31 (* 5 classes) Lucile Packard Children's Hospital is located in Palo Alto, adjacent to Stanford University Hospital, approximately 20 miles north of San Jose, CA and 40 miles south of San Francisco.
