Join other expectant mothers in a prenatal Yoga program designed with an emphasis on meditation and balance. Beginners are welcome! Please bring a personal yoga mat and a bath towel with you to each class.

Prior registration and a signed consent (PDF) from your obstetrician or midwife is required to begin the program. Consents may be faxed directly by your obstetrician or midwife to (650) 724-7514.

Dates & Fees: $60/month of 4 classes; $70/month of 5 classes*
Please note that there are no make-up classes.
We value our continuing class participants and give priority registration for those who have been enrolled in the class previously. A $5 discount is give to those who renew their registration by the 15th of the month for the following month's class.
