Refresher Childbirth Class

The Refresher Childbirth Class is a three and one-half hour review of labor and delivery for those expecting their second (or third!) child. Emphasis is placed on relaxation and breathing techniques for use during labor. Discussion topics include how subsequent labors differ from first labors, as well as sibling and family adjustments. A Birth Center Orientation is included in each class.
Fee: $90/couple

Note:This class can also be taken as part of the Birth and Baby Again program which offers a discounted fee of $150/couple for participation in the Refresher Class, the Breastfeeding or Multiples Breastfeeding Seminar and the Cesarean Birth (VBAC) Class. When registering for the series, please specify dates for each seminar.

Location: Lower level classroom at 1520 Page Mill Road. Entrance is along the back side of building.

Class Dates: Saturdays, 1:30–5:00 pm
