A program designed for children two years of age and older, these classes help siblings prepare for the emotional and physical realities of the arrival of a newborn. Activities include arts and crafts, role-playing, and a mini-tour of the nursery and maternity unit to see where mom will be spending the night. T-shirts for the children are included. Classes are grouped by age. Due to space limitations, we ask that only one adult attend the class with the child.

Fee: $60/1 child; $75/2 or more children in same family

Location: The Board Room, first floor, Lucile Packard Children's Hospital

Class Dates: Saturdays, 11 am–12:30 pm for 2–4 year-olds; 1:00–3:00 pm for 4 years and older
