* Cancellation/Change of date policy: Changes in class dates and cancellations made more than two weeks in advance of the start date of the class will be accommodated and refunded in full. Any request for change of date or cancellation within two weeks of the class start date will incur a $25 administrative fee.

* Attention Groups:  We appreciate your interest in Heart to Heart and we understand that you might be interested in registering for this class as a group. However, it is our policy to register each child/parent pair individually, based on the child’s readiness for the program.  In addition, it is our experience that when preteens come to this class with only a parent/special resource person and without peers, there is more opportunity for adult-preteen relationship and communication development, which are a major part of our program goals.  Therefore, we are happy to send you information about the class for your group but we ask that individual families register when it is appropriate for their preteen. Thanks for your understanding.
