It can be challenging in the moment to know how to help our children communicate effectively and build healthy relationships. These moments can be as simple as not getting invited to a birthday party or being teased at recess or more extreme with cases of emotional abuse or CyberBullying.  Please join Julie Metzger, creator of the "Heart to Heart" program, nurse consultant and educator on preteen, teen and family relationships in reviewing the latest research on social dynamics of children and discussion of strategies for kids and parents.
