This is a series of four classes for parents and babies to learn the loving techniques of infant massage. Massage techniques can be used to relax and soothe a baby as well as to stimulate a baby as he/she grows into an active child. Our certified Infant Massage instructor will also give parents tips on how to relieve the temporary discomforts of gas and soreness of vaccination sites. Ideal for young babies 1 month of age to before crawling.

Please bring two squishy pillows, a hand-towel (to be used as a roll) and extra diapers to each class. Massage oil and handouts are included.

Fee: $120/family ($100/family for those currently enrolled in our New Family Program)

Location: Room NC209, Hoover Pavilion, 811 Quarry Road, Palo Alto

Class Dates: Four Thursday afternoons, 2:00–3:30 pm
