 The Becoming Parents Program is pleased to provide a full maternity fitness program. We offer classes for expectant and new moms.Designed for the healthy mother and mother-to be, our classes are taught by fitness specialists. Ongoing classes can be taken separately or together in our Fitness Package. Registration and a signed consent form (PDF) from your obstetrician are required to begin. Lucile Packard Children's Hospital is located in Palo Alto, adjacent to Stanford University Hospital, approximately 20 miles north of San Jose, CA and 40 miles south of San Francisco.
